I'm very new to Lolita fashion; have been in love with it for years but never been able to save up enough money to get the really nice outfits (Innocent World, Angelic Pretty, BtSSB, etc.)
But, I have finally decided to be strict on myself and save lots of money after the Christmas holidays to 'vamp up my wardrobe' - as it were.

Was also wondering if anyone is from the Shropshire area, or near (close to Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Hereford, etc.)?
Would love to speak to some local Lolis ^_^

hhmm, here's a slighty odd request....
i'm making my own lolita dress but it needs an underskirt. I was wondering if anyone had one they could descirbe the construction of to me? or post a pic so i could look properly...? i'm loathed to buy one as i feel i could make one cheaper i'm just having problems finding pictures to copy!

Eek sorry to clutter the community with another want-to-meet-up post. Since the December 13th meet is at a stand-still, thought I'd make a last ditch effort to meet some London lolitas. =D

theegrasshopper and I will be coming to London for the weekend down from Edinburgh. We'll be staying at the London Docklands and were wondering if anyone was down to meet-up Saturday or Sunday morning/noon.

I was thinking a meet-up at the Southbank Chocolate Festival would be rad then afterwards the Cologne Christmas Market, tea, lunch, sight-seeing, vintage shopping, whatever.

Not sure in terms of distance where everything is so suggestions would be wonderful.

So there is the final update... Over the past day we have processed around 11 million jobs out of the 12 million that were in queue at that time. Please bear in mind that over this past day, more jobs for notifications are also created. So while the queue has been dropping, we are still not fully caught up at this point, due to backlog and new jobs. We have roughly 3 million jobs still pending that involve the notification system in some manner. We had hoped we could have fully cleared the queue in a day, but unfortunately we can't clear it too quickly, since we need the rest of the site to operate normally. From our current perspective on the amount of jobs that are left in queue, and how many it has processed thus far, we believe it will take around another 8 - 12 hours to process everything.
